Shiftbrook helps a team publish rosters, record clock-in, request leave and approve timesheets. It does not run payroll and it does not calculate tax.

The first organisation an owner creates is free for up to 10 staff and 1 location. Another organisation starts on the paid plan: £3 per active person per month, with a £15 minimum. Prices in other currencies are fixed and are not converted from pounds.

Approved hours can be sent to Xero Payroll UK when a UK Xero organisation is connected on the paid plan. Other countries can download a CSV. Shiftbrook does not claim to sync Xero payroll for Australia, New Zealand or the United States.
