Rosters, clock-ins and timesheets your shift team will actually use.

Put the week’s roster on everyone’s phone, let staff clock in when they reach the site, then approve the hours. Holidays and sick days sit in the same place. On the paid plan, approved hours can be sent to Xero Payroll UK.

Free for up to 10 staff. No card needed.

Questions people ask.

Is it really free?

Yes. The first organisation is free for up to 10 staff and 1 location, for as long as you like, and you don’t need a card to sign up. Open invites count towards the 10.

What about a second organisation?

A second organisation starts on the paid plan. Checkout is required before it is created. If card checkout isn’t switched on, the organisation is not created.

Where is location used?

Only when someone clocks in or clocks out, to check the site pin. Shiftbrook does not follow the phone between punches.

Which payroll does it work with?

On the paid plan, approved hours can be sent to Xero Payroll UK once a UK Xero organisation is connected. Shiftbrook does not calculate tax or run payroll. Other countries can download a CSV of approved hours.

How does leave work?

Staff request annual leave, sickness or TOIL in hours. A manager approves or declines. A sickness reason is shown to the person, their manager, an owner, or HR.

What happens to an approved timesheet?

It locks. Shiftbrook records the hours and does not calculate pay. You can download those hours as a CSV.
